Farm to Table is more than just a trend
Fresh opened for business in August of 2012, two months before Hurricane Sandy. The storm wiped out the entire restaurant leaving six and a half feet of water in the dining room, and migrated our pots and pans down Bay avenue. Six months later, Fresh reopened in March of 2013. Initially, the restaurant could only seat up to 35 people in the main and only dining room; however since then Fresh has expanded, adding an upstairs dining room that seats 20 and a patio that seats up to 30.

More than just a trend, the "farm-to-table" concept not only offers food that is delicious, but also supports local farmers and encourages sustainability and bio-dynamic agriculture.
Fresh combines the highest quality ingredients with innovative cooking techniques to offer you an unforgettable dining experience. We strive to utilitize local farms and purveyors in an effort to support the local food community while presenting mouth watering dishes.
